Overview

Casa Brandi is a luxury, new, fully air conditioned villa situated on a south facing plot in a tranquil area of Javea. There are restaurants & bars within walking distance and only a few minutes drive from the beaches. The villa, which comes highly recommended, is on two levels. On the ground floor there is a spacious furnished lounge adjoining an open plan dining area and kitchen, three twin bedded bedrooms and two bathrooms (one ensuite) with walk-in showers. On the first floor the master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and has sun terraces on the south-facing front and the side - ensuring 'all day' sun. All this is complemented by the inviting 10 X 5m pool (with Roman steps into the shallow end), an open naya on the front of the villa, extensive terracing with sun lounger’s and a barbeque. The flat garden, which is completely fenced, has palm, olive & fruit trees. The villa also benefits from under floor heating (ideal for winter lets). Air Conditioning. (heating and cooling).

Location & area

The charming town of Javea (or Xabia in Valenciano) lies between the Cap of San Antonio and La Nao, on the northern section of the Costa Blanca, bathed by the Mediterranean Sea, and is sheltered from the continental winds by Mount Montga. It is no wonder that the World Health Organization once selected Javea as having a near-perfect climate for longevity! With its mild year-round temperatures, varying landscapes - from sandy coastlines to rugged mountain areas. Javea has still managed to preserve all the charm of an ancient fishing village, and is truly the jewel in the crown of Spain's coastal communities. Javea medieval sounds echo through the historic town centre that has largely been preserved over the centuries. White house fronts adorned with wrought-iron grilles and Gothic-style windows provide a noble touch to the labyrinth

Amenities & services

The two master bedrooms have their own en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers and full air conditioning (heating & cooling) with filtration and ionizer. Upstairs master bedroom has two terraces which are private and cannot be overlooked. The view from these terraces is of the Costa Nova. The built in wardrobes with woodgrain panelling provide adequate storage room. Cots are available but need to be booked.
The villa garden is fully fenced and gated providing a safe environment for families. The Sun terrace is next to the pool. A Pergola is located adjacent to the villa and is wonderful for barbeques. It provides an extra shaded area for protection during the day. In the evening the Pergola creates a wonderful relaxing atmosphere with its own soft lighting. Washing machine is located in the underbuild.

  • It is important to NEVER wire funds or use/employ other fund transfer mechanisms such as western union: Always use a credit card to protect yourself against fraud. If owners pressure you into providing a deposit or refuse to accept credit cards, there is a high probability that this is a scam.

Ask them for contact details for guests who have previously stayed on their property insisting on telephone numbers.
