Overview
The property has fabulous views across the Golf Course to the sea. It is situated in a private gated development with a parking space and underground parking Linen, bath and hand towels are supplied. House cleaned, linen and towels supplied. The kitchen includes dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven, hob and washing machine. There is a private balcony with amazing views across the fairway to the sea. The patio has garden table, chairs and recliners and the garden leads onto pretty gardens surrounding the large communal pool.
There are fantastic views and walks across the golf course via connecting footbridges. The house is 3min drive from the golden, sandy beaches and the upmarket Islantilla shopping complex with bars, cafes, shops and supermarket. It is a 10min stroll to the Spanish pueblo La Antilla with its award winning beach and numerous shops and restaurants. The house offers spacious accommodation in a picturesque location ideally situated for Spain and Portugal.
