The property is comprehensively and comfortably equipped for 6 people. Surrounded by landscaped communal gardens with two large freeform swimming pools, it is a perfect place for a relaxing, care free stay. The more active holidaymaker will find plenty of recreational activities close by and will have ample opportunity to participate in a variety of sports, both land and water based.

The convenient location makes it an ideal base for discovering the attractions of this unspoilt and little known region of Spain, often referred to as the Spanish Algarve. With the central heating and the attractions of the golf course, it is a fantastic year round destination.

Location & area

Popular with Spanish tourists for many years, the Costa de la Luz (Coast of Light) now attracts tourists from other parts of Europe and further afield. Islantilla is an easy 50 minute drive from Faro airport on the Algarve, which has numerous carriers offering flights all year around.It is also easily accessible from the historic and beautiful city of Seville, tking around 75 minutes to drive from the airport.



The area is still relatively quiet and undeveloped compared to the other Spanish Costas. Roads are less congested, there are no high-rise buildings and the area retains a distinct Spanish flavour.

Front bedroom with hideaway bed thus enabling use as a single or double bedroom.

Three built in wardrobes provide ample hanging and storage space. Both this and the rear bedroom have drop down slatted blinds that are very effective in providing a darkened room for the afternoon siesta, whilst also allowing good ventilation from the welcome breeze.

Rear Bedroom
Rear bedroom also has a hideaway bed and full range of built in wardrobes. Patio doors lead to a large balcony with views over the golf course, lake and sea.
The full bathroom comprising WC, bidet wash hand basin and shower is shared between the two bedrooms and also provides plenty of cupboard space.

Second Floor

Master Bedroom with two beds which can be used either as a large double or two singles. Ample built in wardrobes provide extensive storage facilities .

The large en-suite bathroom has cupboards, WC, bidet, sink and bath with shower.
