Overview

The STUDIOS are 41 sqm, furnished high-grade and equipped with SAT-TV in digital quality.

They are situated in a garden of around 1.000 sqm, surrounded by palm trees, subtropical trees and flowers. There is also a beautiful barbecue site and several corner seating units to relax.

To the sea you take a walk of about half an hour. You can cool down quickly in our swimming-pool. It is about 6 m long, 3 m wide and 1,8 m deep. Public swimming baths can be reached by car within 5 - 10 minutes.

The finca is situated on a promontory about 90 m above sea level.There are 3 houses and 4 apartments/studios sharing swimming pool and a jacuzzy that guests can use for an extra cost.



The finca has a total extent of about 5.000 sqm. Here you are surrounded by banana plantations and wine cultivation. In particular pleasant is the overall rest as you are far away from the noise of the roads.



From here you can enjoy the view over the Atlantic ocean. If you look into the other direction, you can see the tall Teide (3.718 m) perfectly. In wintertime the peak is even covered with snow.



The sea can be reached on foot within a walking distance of about 30 minutes through a wild scenery. You can go fishing or swimming in a natural swimming-pool of about 1.000 sqm, surrounded by a natural surf protection of huge lava rocks.
