The villa is very well decorated with a touch of classic and rustic style. There is one double bedroom with an en-suite shower room on the lower level and a large laundry room and storage room.
Steps into the house lead you onto the 1st floor, where you will find a very large and spacious lounge and dining area which leads you through onto the patio and down to the pool area.
The Kitchen is very modern with all the facilities, a storage room and a toilet room are on the 1st floor as well. The remaining 3 bedrooms are located on the top floor each with their own en-suite bathrooms, one with a private balcony and 2 share a huge terrace that looks onto the garden and pool area. The outside of the villa is beautiful - all the furniture used outside is of the highest quality, with a well kept garden surrounding the pool and sundeck area. The open plan lounge and dining area is large and you can relax on the sofa in front the satellite television.
Upstairs the rest of the double bedrooms have en-suites and they share the large terrace that overlooks the pool area.
The outside of the villa is beautiful - all the furniture used outside is of the highest quality, a well kept garden surrounding the pool and sundeck area. The pool is always clean as we have a new automatic system, which constantly maintains the perfect levels.
