Overview

A newly restored compact apartment situated above the owner's residence but with it's own separate entrance and outdoor terrace area, sleeping up to 4 persons. Nestling in the beautiful and verdant valley of the Rio Durcal in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada, in a rural situation, but just 5 minutes drive from the small town of Durcal, with shops, bars and restaurants. Ideal for walking and hiking or just to get away from it all. Car hire is necessary as this is a rural location. There is a swimming pool available for you to use, swimming is at your own risk and children must be supervised at all times. Pool depth is between 1.5 and 2 metres.

Local Activities: Cycling in the Sierra Nevada mountains, fishing in Albunuelas, horse riding in Albunuelas or Salobrena, swimming, walking, Golf in Granada (30 mins drive) or Motril, snow sports available in about an hour's drive Sierra Nevada.
Changeover day: Flexible, to make the most of cheap midweek flights.
