Overview

Comfortable Guest Room on B & B basis, adjacent to our house with it's own entrance and parking close by. It has an en-suite shower-room with massage jets, plentiful supply of hot water and towels. There is a fridge, kettle, toaster, TV/DVD, and ceiling fan. Breakfast is served at a time agreed on arrival, with fresh local produce- fruit, croissants, fresh coffee, English tea, toast, home-made preserves or a cooked breakfast if you prefer. The rear door leads to an internal patio, with table, chairs, potted plants etc. There is also a large gas BBQ should you wish to use it during the day or evening. It is an ideal base for visiting Granada city, the Costa Tropical, property viewing in the valley. We can also assist you if you are thinking of living in Spain, or looking for an investment property, and can provide days or half-days 'brain-picking sessions' where we can show you the area, introduce you to local agents, and explain purchase procedures, NIE etc. which from personal experience can save much time, money, and effort than having to discover it for yourself (100 euros per day, Lunch included)

Traditional Spanish village dotted with orange and lemon groves, up on the hillside overlooking Beznar Embalse.
The village is divided into the Upper and Lower barrios with a church in each.

Important Notice : Avoiding Fraud

It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:

  • It is important to NEVER wire funds or use/employ other fund transfer mechanisms such as western union: Always use a credit card to protect yourself against fraud. If owners pressure you into providing a deposit or refuse to accept credit cards, there is a high probability that this is a scam.
  • If at all suspicious of fraud, ask to see their website, or any other literature they can provide or send to you. Ask them for contact details for guests who have previously stayed on their property insisting on telephone numbers. Be suspicious of emails that originate from free email services (yahoo, hotmail, gmail, etc)
  • Research the property thoroughly on the internet to see if there is any history or mention of scams associated with the property.
