Overview

A pretty villagehouse, in superb location amidst stunning scenery, sympathetically restored with traditional beams throughout. The house is centrally located in the village close to bank with ATM, pharmacy, small supermarket, and Bar Venezia (free tapas!) There are 2 bedrooms downstairs and a sitting room with fireplace making it ideal for letting all year round. Upstairs is a fully fitted kitchen with dining area, and another airy sitting room opening up onto the balcony. Above is a spacious roof terrace with views over the village and beyond to the mountains. This is a beautiful area with its own microclimate. Orange and lemon groves abound, and almond trees blossom from February, jasmine flowers in summer. The climate is warm in the daytime all year round, but nights can be cold from December to March. There is a series of 12 local walks of varying length and difficulty - details in the house.

It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:

  • It is important to NEVER wire funds or use/employ other fund transfer mechanisms such as western union: Always use a credit card to protect yourself against fraud. If owners pressure you into providing a deposit or refuse to accept credit cards, there is a high probability that this is a scam.
