Privately owned townhouse in quiet location with spectacular views of wooded ravine and mountains. Well suited for small families or mature couples seeking a quieter relaxing type of holiday. Although useful, a car is not essential as the area is served by good local transport. The beautiful local beaches are only 3 minutes drive away.The modern townhouse is built over 3 storeys and comprises the following accommodation: Ground floor: Kitchen fully equipped for self-catering including oven, hob, fridge/freezer and microwave. Separate filtered drinking water tap (no need to buy bottled water).
Leading to open plan lounge and dining area. Convenient shower room with WC and basin.First floor: Master double bedroom with king size 'memory foam' bed and private balcony. Second bedroom with single beds and family bathroom comprising bath (with shower), WC, basin and bidet. All main rooms have ceiling fans.Second floor: Stairs lead up to solarium roof terrace, providing a large private area for relaxation or dining Al fresco.Sorry strictly no smoking or pets.
