The complex boasts a large swimming pool and this accommodation is a fantastic location for both couples and families.
THE APARTMENTS COMPRISE OF THE FOLLOWING -
1 TWIN BEDROOM
with built in wardrobes and patio doors leading to balcony.
BATHROOM
with shower, toilet and basin.
LOUNGE
this is very spacious and light, also with patio doors leading to another balcony. There is a large corner sofa to relax and watch TV and DVDs which converts into a double and single bed.
DINING AREA
has adequate seating for 4 people.
KITCHEN -
a modern kitchen with marble worktops and all the mod cons for a self catering break. Including: kettle, toaster, coffee maker, juicer, oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, crockery and pans.
All linen and towels are provided as is a mid week laundry change if you book for 2 weeks.
This apartment is in an excellent location close to the shops, bars and restaurants. The beach is a 10 minute stroll and there is the nearby Atlantico shopping centre to visit where you can shop, have a game of ten pin bowling, take in a movie or enjoy a coffee whilst look out over the ocean.
190.00€ per week based on 2 people sharing. 25.00€ per person, per week thereafter. Maximum 4 adults and 1 infant. Children under the age of 2 are accommodated free of charge.
