This beach apartment is located in the exclusive frontline Palms Beach Complex on the Paseo Maritimo in Los Boliches. It is on the 1st floor and overlooks the swimming pool and gardens. Accommodation comprises of 2 nicely decorated bedrooms and 1 bathroom and a toilet. The master bedroom consists of fitted wardrobes and a king size bed. The bathroom is has complete facilities including shower over the bath. The guest bedroom comes with 2 single beds and fitted wardrobes. The toilet can be found in the adjacent hallway. It has a fully equipped kitchen with large wooden worktops and is complete with hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, coffee percolator, fridge & freezer, kettle and a full range of matching cutlery, utensils and crock ware. The dining area has seating for 6. The living room is of good size and contains 2 single armchairs and a 3 seater sofa. There is also some basic satellite-TV stations including BBC1, BBC2, ITV, Europort, CNN. The main bedroom and the living room lead out onto a south facing terrace with views overlooking the pool and gardens.
Sun on terrace from 10am to 3pm or enjoy lying around the pool area from dawn to dusk. Perfect for beach and a pool holiday!
