The Apartment is Privately Owned and Carefully Managed. This is a ground floor apartment with 3 large bedrooms all with ample storage facilities, fully equipped kitchen with full oven, microwave, fridge / freezer etc. Comfortable lounge / diner leading to private walled patio, patio set & lighting. 1 main bathroom and a new en-suite shower room. On site there is a large keyed entry swimming pool (never overcrowded) and a restaurant and shop. Close by there are two golf courses Los Olivos & Los Lagos and within 2 kms there is horse Riding/go-carting/Aqua Park and many restaurants. The many miles of golden beaches are just 3 kms away in Fuengirola. Details of Local markets, golf fees and car hire are available on booking. Car hire recommendations on request.The property is located approx 3KM from Fuengirola in the Mijas Golf Urbanisation which is 2 Golf courses (Los Olivios & Los Lagos)and stretches up the west side of the Mijas hills. Good roads and easy access to the Main routes to all important places!! Many restaurants and shopping areas within 5 minutes drive...........All bedrooms are simple but comfortable holiday sleeping areas.
