A modern and well positioned country villa just over 5 minutes drive from the historic town of Frigiliana and approximately 15 minutes in the car from Nerja and the coast. The villa enjoys total privacy and has breathtaking views across the countryside down to the sea in the distance.

SITUATIONThe property is very private, the access is very good and is approached over a mainly concrete, part dirt road and is only a few minutes drive from the town of Frigiliana. There are 3 bars-restaurants within a very short drive. Nerja and the coast are just over a 15 minute drive away.

DESCRIPTION
Villa Aliadas is very modern property yet finished in Andalucian style. It has been furnished and equipped to a high standard, including air-conditioning in every room. The rooms of the villa are set over one level and consist of spacious living / dining room, fully equipped kitchen, utility room and 3 bedrooms which are accessed by a few steps. The property is surrounded by various terraces so you can choose whether to bask in the sunshine or relax in the shade. There are outstanding views from the private pool across the rolling countryside down to the sea in the distance.
