This new spacious detached villa is located just outside Frigiliana. Casa Micadan has easy access, all day sun and fabulous views overlooking mountains and Mediterranean.

Casa Micadan is situated on the hillside just 5 minutes drive west of Frigiliana. A car is recommended.

Casa Micadan is a newly built bright and very spacious villa idea for couples and families. When you enter the villa on the ground floor, you step into the spacious and open plan lounge and dining area. Patio doors allow you to step out onto a large terrace where you can enjoy fabulous views across to the sea. There is a shaded barbeque area with dining table and chairs and sun beds for relaxing. Back in the villa the large kitchen is very well equipped including oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine etc. There is also a cloakroom with shower, w.c. etc

Downstairs, there is a large open area which has a small kitchen area complete with bar and american fridge/ice maker. There is a large lounge seating area, wall hung t.v., table tennis table and gym equipment – a great area for teenagers! From here you can step out onto the pool terrace.

2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom, all en suite, are located on this level. The master bedroom also has patio doors leading onto the pool terrace..

Casa Micadan has a good sized pool on a sunny terrace with superb panoramic views.
