This Menorcan style detached villa is situated in Playas de Fornells, near to the beach of Cala Tirant. It is only a 2 minute drive or a pleasant walk to the picturesque fishing village of Fornells, where there is a good selection of fresh fish restaurants along the waterfront. Playas de Fornells is a beautiful Menorcan style development with a few restaurants and supermarkets. It is the ideal setting for a relaxing holiday - you can walk to the beach, enjoy water sports or just relax round the communal pool or on the terrace. There are two terraces, one upstairs and another downstairs from which you have fantastic seaviews and can watch the beautiful Menorcan sunset over the Cavallería lighthouse. The 18 hole golf course of Son Parc and a selection of virgin beaches are a 10 minute drive away. The villa is very comfortable and comprises three double bedrooms, two bathrooms (one en-suite) living room with TV, fully equipped kitchen, terraces, BBQ terrace and communal swimming pool. For larger parties there is an adjoining apartment with separate entrance

Location & area

The villa is close to water sports such as diving and sailing and only a 10 minute drive from the 18 hole golf course of Son Parc. There are several restaurants and supermarkets in Playas de Fornells or the picturesque fishing village of Fornells is either a 2 minute drive away or a pleasant walk with it's fresh fish waterfront restaurants. Menorca remains the unspoilt Balearic Isle with plenty of beautiful sandy beaches - some with facilities, others virgin. Other places of interest include Monte Toro which is the highest point on the island and hosts the Mare de Deu sanctuary, many megalithic monuments, the spectacular harbour of Mahon, the caves of Xoroi, Fort Marlborough etc.
