Villacana apartment for holiday rentals. This lovely 2 bedroom ground floor property on one level in the southern section of Villacana beachside resort in Estepona. The twin bedroom has sliding doors that open onto a petite, south-facing, pretty little garden area at the front of the property.

The best feature of this property is the very spacious, north-facing walled patio, which is ideal for Barbeques and outside entertaining.

The double bedroom at the rear, has built in wardrobes and sliding doors opening onto the patio. Both bedrooms have access to an Andalucian, rustic style bathroom in the hallway.

There is a compact fitted kitchenette that overlooks a cosy lounge and dining area with a door leading that also leads out to the rear patio.

There is a silent air-conditioning/ heating system that operates throughout the property.
