Large Detached villa located close to the beach. The property has its own pool and garden to enjoy the spanish summer. The property has a large open plan lounge and dining room with feature staircase. The kitchen is fully fitted with all mod cons. there is also a downstairs bathroom. Upstairs are three bedrooms. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and walkin wardrobe, with a kingsize bed. The second bedroom has walkin wardrobe with super king size bed. The thirdbedroom has two single beds and wardrobes and private terrace. There is also another full bathroom for the family to use. Upstairs is the fourth bedroom which has a double bed, but is better used for children due to he sloping ceilings. This room also has a private terrace.
This property is in the perfect position to enjoy all spain has to offer ebing close to an authentic spanish town, beach and some of the beat golfcourses on the Costa del Sol. It is close to public transport, which only takes minutes to get to Estepona or Puerto Banus.
