A delightful and beautifully maintained studio apartment situated on the Las Palmeras de Benavista Urbanization between the towns of San Pedro de Alacantara and Estepona. This charming first floor studio is situated next to the popular Benavista Commercial Centre and Benavista .
It is an ideal base for couples or singles looking for a nice relaxing base from which to stay and enjoy the Costa Del Sol.
Close to bars, restaurants and supermarkets, the studio is an ideal base for those looking to just come and relax in the sun.
Located in between the towns of San Pedro and Estepona and only a 15 minute drive to Marbella, the apartment is set right at the heart of the Costa Del Sol, finding yoursleves no more than an hours drive to any of the many activities or places the Coast has to offer.
Gibraltar, Fuengirola and all the white washed villages such as Casares and Mijas are all well within the hours drive meaning you can plan your days out with ease. Even if you dont have transport, there are organised trips arranged from the Commercial centre to these places and even further afield.
