The penthouse has hot and cold airconditionin throught out. Situated on a beautiful urbanisation with large pool, walking distance to Selwo Safari Park and just a short walk to the beach.

The luxurious lounge and dining area has two comfortable leather sofas, low level table, Sky Satellite TV, CD player, DAB Radio, DVD player, dining table and chairs with a variety of contemporary yet subtle lighting with access to the main sun terrace.

The double master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom (with bidet, bath and shower over) and dressing area with large fitted wardrobes and drawers, with access to 2 sun terraces.The twin bedroom (beds can be combined to make a large double) has large fitted wardrobes and integral drawer storage and large mirror.

The fully equipped kitchen contains all the cooking utensils to suite any budding chef and has its own terrace which is perfect for breakfast or even a quiet coffee.

The three sun terraces provide all day sun for the sun seekers, or a great location to simply sip your Sangria and enjoy the relaxing spanish way of life. The main terrace is accessed from the master bedroom and the living room and has views over the neighbouring Selwo 2 complex, Gibraltar and the sea. This terrace retains glorious sun throughout the day. The end terrace is accessed from the master bedroom with fantastic views of the mountains (snow topped in early months) - drenched in sun in the morning and is pefect for sun bathing as you are not overlooked.

The communal gardens are well looked after and there is a garage which has direct access to the penthouse. There is a sauna and a gym as well for people who want to be more active.

The apartment is close to La Resina Golf Course and over 25 golf courses are within a 15 minute drive. The penthouse is walking distance to the beach, which has a lovely beach bar. It is close to Estepona which is a great sea side spanish town which has a huge variety of shops, bars and restaurants to suit all tastes.
