Overview

This beautiful duplex penthouse overlooks the Marina in Estepona. The property is extremely well decorated and is walking distance to restaurants, bars and shops.

It has been recently completed and has a perfect view of the sea and the Port.

The property has a large lounge/dining area with modern kitchen which includes all the modern conveniences.

The two bedrooms are spacious, with the Master Bedroom having it's own ensuite bathroom.

The second bedroom can either be arranged with one or two single beds.

In the lounge is a comfortable sofa bed which means up to 5 people can comfortably stay in this apartment.

Located off the lounge and kitchen is a lovely terrace which has tremendous views of the port and Estepona, it has a seating area for four.

To get to the large private roof terrace there is a spiral staircase of the downstairs terrace. The large roof terrace comes equipped with sun loungers and is perfect for sun bathing.

There is a lft down to the ground floor where there is a large communal swimming pool and a smaller childrens pool.

This property is close to a lively location but benefits from being slightly set back.

Close to the property is a large supermarket and on Sundays a outdoor market is held in the Port of Estepona.

This property is well equipped and is perfectly situated to enjoy a spanish holiday.
