The apartment is situated on the Pelikan Park Complex next to the Benavista Commercial Center which has numerous shops bars supermarkets and restaurants all within a 5 minute wlak of the property.



Situated between the towns of San Pedro and Estepona, the apartment is ideally and centrally located on the coast to fully explore all the place of interest and activities the Costa Del Sol has to offer.



The spacious apartment has 1 bedroom and i bathroom and a large terrace leading down to the communal swimming pool.
It has a fully equipped kitchen including cooker wahing machine, firdge freezer plus cutlery and crockery.
The spacious lounge has 2 sofas, coffe table, table and chairs aplus tv with communal Satelitte tv and DVD.
The bathroom has been recently refurbished and has bath, shower and hand basin.
The bedroom again is very spacious and has two single beds, which can be made into a double bed. The bedroom also has access onto the large terrace.
The apartment can easily accommodate 3 people, ideal for small families and there are extra beds available for hire

The apartment is located 10 minutes from the town of Estepona. Located next to the Benavista Commerial Centre, all essentilas are on your doorstep.

Supermarkets, bars, restaurants, butchers and a chemist are all within a 5 minute walk.
Puerto Banus and Marbella are a 10 and 15 minute drive away respectively
For those keen on golf, there are a number of high quality courses within the area, Tee Times can be made at The Golfriends Shop just outside the gates of the complex.
The beach os a 5 minute walk, accessed over the road by the Benavista footbridge however the Blue Flag Beaches of La Rada and El Crysto beaches in Estpona are 15 minutes away.
