Overview

This superb, south facing, first floor apartment has a fully-fitted kitchen with electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, juicer, kettle and toaster, iron, together with a separate laundry room with washing machine. There is an underground garage and lift.



The lounge has beautiful leather sofas, (including one sofa bed) with TV, DVD and stereo system, as well as a dining area which seats up to six persons, and leads out onto the very large south facing terrace with sea views, offering outside dining and sun-loungers.



The complex itself comprises of communal swimming pool within attractive gardens, putting green, and children's play area.



The nearby Spanish village of San Pedro de Alcantara is 10km west of Marbella, a short drive to the Sierra de Ronda mountain range, and 20km from Estepona. San Pedro has an abundance of small shops, sidewalk cafes and bars, and there is an excellent street market on Thursdays. Estepona offers sandy beaches, watersports, a wide choice of restaurants specialising in seafood and traditional Andalucian cuisine, together with the fact that the town's development is carefully monitored to ensure that it keeps it's historical and cultural identity.

Close to the beach and surrounded by prestigious golf courses, first class horse-riding centres and natural parks it is also just a short drive from the many attractions of Marbella and Puerto Banus.



The charming little village of Cancelada, which has several shops and restuarants is about 15 minutes walk away. Plus just 10 minutes by car is the beautiful mountain village of Benahavis with its renowned restaurants.
