Overview

A few years ago, we moved from the U.K. and bought this magnificent villa overlooking the Mediterranean Sea with fabulous SEA VIEWS.
We converted it into 4 beautiful apartments.
We live in one and the remainder (1 x 1 bed & 2 x 2 bed)are available for exclusive holidays.
The Fountain apt is just by the pool and surrounded on two sides by a private patio and gardens.
It has 2 good bedrooms, one with king-size, one with double bed, but both are splittable.
One shower room is en suite, the other is opposite.
Plenty of wardrobe space. Living/dining room with open plan kitchen area and great pool, garden & sea view.Always spotlessly presented - our speciality!
Between October & April, the pool is heated to around 30 celcius so you can swim in comfort.(Extra charge of 55e/wk towards pool heating).
Facilities include ceiling fans; heating; TV/VCR; DVD; Freeview Satellite; Wi-fi (7e/wk); table-tennis; large gardens; 300-film library; gas BBQ; free parking.We can collect/return you from Malaga or Gibraltar airports if you'd prefer not driving on the wrong side of the road; buy & put away an e-mailed grocery list; provide babysitting by qualified NNEB nursery nurse; rent you our baby pack (highchair/travel cot/baby bath/changer/

Being at the end of a cul-de-sac, there is virtually no passing traffic, hence the villas name.

Location & area

The villa is perched on a quiet hillside urbanisation at the end of a cul-de-sac.
Two very decent restaurants and a 5* hotel are about a 10 minute walk. The nearest beach is about 12 minutes away. The local view is over 1 or 2 storey houses (no tower blocks) towards the sea. The best local beach (Playa del Cristo) and Estepona Port are only a 5 minute drive.

The historic centre of Estepona is a 10 minute drive & there is underground parking.
For those discovering Estepona for the first time, it has very little blatant tourism as it is still quintessentially a typically Spanish seaside town.

Our most important facility is that from Oct 1 - Apr 30, our pool is heated to around 30 celcius. We have a half acre of grassed floral gardens with "pineapple" palm trees, a Viewing area at the top of the plot with a spectacular sea view, table-tennis in the garage, freeview TV, VHS/DVD/CD players with a free-to-use 300-film library. For 7e/week, you can bring your lap-top and use our wi-fi system.
We can collect/return you to Malaga or Gibraltar. You can e-mail us a list of groceries and we will buy them on your day of arrival and put them away for you, ready for your arrival. We can provide child-minder and baby-equipment hire. Contact us for these prices.
