Overview

This large 3 bedroom Ground Floor apartment is ideally suited for large families and groups of golfers or friends. It can easily sleep 10 people. The apartment over-looks the swimming pool on the urbanization, and has a private garden giving that extra bit of private room for you and the family to enjoy.
Pelikan Park is a low-rise secure gated community home to just over 100 apartments meaning that you can relax and enjoy your holiday without the hussle and bussle sometimes associated with your holidays.


The apartment is
located within easy walking distance to
the beach, shops (including supermarkets,newsagents and banks), bars and
large, varied choice of restaurants.
Puerto Banus with its famous yacht harbour is only 10 minutes drive away
whilst Marbella and Estepona are 15 minutes drive.
For the sporty types the benavista bowling club is situated 400m away, the
bel air tennis club 3 km away. EL Paraiso golf club is situated 2 km away
and is the nearest of a number of high quality golf courses in the area.
For the kids Selwo wildlife park is situated 5 km down the coast, only a 10
minute drive away with horse riding situated close by. Parque Aquatico (the
local water park), Tivoli World, Selwo Marina and Fuengirola Zoo are all
within a 30 minute drive of the apartment.
Excursions can be taken to Gibraltar (for rock, monkey or dolphin tours),
Morocco and the local white spanish villages of Caceres, Istan and Ronda
(with its breathtaking views).
The nearest airport is at Malaga, 70 km. away. We can advise on car rental
or arrange a taxi if required.


Apartment Facilities

The apartment has brand new kitchen with American style fridge freezer. it has microwave oven, washing machine, dishwasher, oven and ceramic hob and has more than enough crockery and cutlery.
The lounge has a comfortable sitting area with sofa and 2 chairs. There are new side tables and a coffee table as well as a table and 5 chairs. The Lounge has a CD Player, Tv with satelitte channels (including BBc1 to Channel 5 plus skysports and movies) and a combi video DVD Player.
bedroom 1 has a king size double bed and has ample wardrobe space. There is also an ensuite brand new bathroom with full sized bath and shower.
Bedroom 2 has a double bed and again ample wardrobe space.
bathroom 2 has a brand new walk-in shower.
Bedroom 3 has 2 more double beds and a single bed
The terrace has a table and chairs,plus a number of sunloungers. There is also an outside fridge to chill those drinks on the long summer days.

Location & area

Situated between the towns of San Pedro and Estepona in the popular Benavista area, the apartment is ideally located for all types of holiday maker.



Whether it be a relaxing, sunbathing holiday or a more out and about holiday you require you are no more than 45 minutes drive to a whole host of varied sites and activities.



The prestigious Puerto Banus is only a 10 minute drive. Visit the harbour to dine in one of the many frontline reataurants or go for a stroll in the harbour and see how the "other half live" with the fabulous yachts moored in the port. For the younger, more energetic types the large amount of bars and clubs are open to the small hours of the next morning!! Estepona is 10 minutes and Marbella is only a 15 minute drive from the apartment.



From the old whitewashed villages of Casares or Istan to the fascinating sites of Gibraltar, you are not far from a varied choice of place to visit.



For a family holiday, again there is an abundance of activities to keep both the kids and the parents occupied for the period of your stay. Whether it be a day lazing by the communal swiming pool or a trip to Selwo Wildlife park, or Selwo Marina you can be sure that the children will be kept busy. Fuengirola Zoo, Tivoli world, and the Parque Aquatico Water Park are all within half an hours drive of the apartment.



To keep fit on your holiday there are a number of sporting activities that can be undertaken. Whether it be Horse Riding,Bowls,Tennis,Football and a round of golf on one of the fabulous courses in the area, you can be sure not to have too much time on your hands.



After a days relaxing or travelling, you can be sure to have an excellent, pleasurable meal at one of the many varied restaurants all within 10 minutes walk of the apartment. For those wanting to travel further afar you cannot beat value for money at one of the restaurants situated in the spanish towns of Cancelada or Benahavis.
