Overview

A charming ground floor apartment overlooking the swimming pool and the manicured gardens, with direct access to the beach. As you enter the apartment, there is a fully fitted kitchen, with fridge/freezer,dishwasher, oven and hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and ample storage cupboards with cooking and dining utensils. The washing machine is in the attached utility room. The comfortable lounge/dining area is complete with a sofa , a sofa bed and two rocling chairs, Sky Satellite TV , dining table and chairs. The master bedroom has two twin beds, fitted wardrobes ,and a full bathroom en suite. The second bedroom has twin beds, fitted wardrobes with a shower room adjacent to it.
There is a small terrace accessible from the lounge, facing the pool and garden with patio furniture. The pool area is surrounded by very extensive gardens, streams and ponds. Just a stroll through these gardens takes you to the beach, where there is an attractive promenade with beach bars. The urbanisation benefits from the exclusive beach front location with access to clean sandy beaches.
