This quiet residential beachfront community with manicured tropical gardens and two swimming pools comprises apartments and town houses of excellent quality construction in the traditional Andalusian style «pueblo blanco». Ample parking space is available.
The location is convenient to the new highway, 50 min. drive from the Malaga airport and only 20 min. drive to Marbella or Gibraltar. A few minutes away by car is Puerto Deportivo of Estepona (the Marina) and two kilometers away is the historic downtown Estepona where you can enjoy exquisite dining and nightlife. There are several great restaurants and a convenience store within a 10-minute walk. Two five-star hotels, featuring health spas, shops, restaurants, white sandy beaches with lounges and umbrellas, and much more, are also within walking distance from the apartment. Other activities in the area include: golf, sailing, deep-sea fishing, windsurfing, dolphin watching, horse riding, safari, nature parks, museums, historic sites, etc.
The ubiquitous festivals (fiestas) are more than likely to occur somewhere nearby during your stay in Estepona since Andalusian cities and towns celebrate over 3,000 fiestas each year. The second bedroom with two twin beds also offers fabulous sea views. The full bathroom has a bathtub, shower, sink, cabinets and shelves, toilet, bidet and a washing machine. The apartment has all amenities, including kitchenware, bed linens, towels, etc. Just bring your own toothbrush and beach towels!

Important Notice : Avoiding Fraud
It's rare, but some helpful hints to watch out for with regards to fraud:
- It is important to NEVER wire funds or use/employ other fund transfer mechanisms such as western union: Always use a credit card to protect yourself against fraud. If owners pressure you into providing a deposit or refuse to accept credit cards, there is a high probability that this is a scam.
- If at all suspicious of fraud, ask to see their website, or any other literature they can provide or send to you. Ask them for contact details for guests who have previously stayed on their property insisting on telephone numbers. Be suspicious of emails that originate from free email services (yahoo, hotmail, gmail, etc)
- Research the property thoroughly on the internet to see if there is any history or mention of scams associated with the property.



After a few email exchanges with the owner Boris Max Vainer we have agreed on a deal and the amount of
500 Euro was paid 1 month in advance by bank transfer.
The apartment totally did not match the description and it was so dirty and dusty that myself and my 1
year old daughter got sick with severe allergic reaction to dust and mould. As a result of this we had
to move out of the apartment in the early hours and seek a place to stay.
Myself and my daugher spend the whole night outside the apartment due to the allergic skin reaction and
difficulty with breathing. On the next day we had to seek medical help, lucky that I have Corporate
plan for Emergency medical cover.
You can see the photos of the apartment shown here, the photos include the skin conditions of my child
after staying in the apartment for less than 24 hours.
As you can see from my pictures I travel a lot, this is the first time I had such a bad experience.
We have contacted the owner Mr Boris Max Vainer a number of times to ask for a refund and he has
refused to return any money.
Also the apartment is close to a busy motorway so you can forget about quiet night sleep.
This has been a total nightmare and a ruined holidays...
We have since engaged a local lawyer to deal with the landlord via appropriate legal way.
