This beautiful quality villa (4 years old) is located just seventy five metres from the beach about 2 Km outside the town of Estepona.

It has a private swimming pool (about 8M by 3 1/2m) and 750 M2 of private gardens. Entrance from the road is via remote controlled electronic gates and then into the garage (space for 2 cars). There is also a key operated pedestrian gate.

In the house, all the rooms are airy and spacious. There are three bedrooms:
A double bedroom with ensuite and a terrace looking towards the sea.
Two twin bedrooms which share a bathroom.
The house will sleep six people in comfort.
