Estepona Holiday Villa at Bahia Azul.

This first class 3 bed roomed holiday villa is in a wonderful location with stunning sea views just minutes from a private beach and within easy reach of the delightful resort of Estepona.It is set in pretty tropical gardens in which there are 2 communal swimming pools (both pools have adjoining shallow pools) and a tennis court.

The air-conditioned accommodation comprises of a large entrance hall which leads into the spacious living/dining room. This is very comfortably furnished and has large doors opening out onto a furnished patio.Satellite t.v. with the free to view channels is installed in the lounge which also has an open fireplace.

The kitchen is of a generous size and is well fitted and equipped with a hob and oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave and plenty of pots, pans, crockery, glassware etc.

Stairs lead up from the hallway to the first floor where the 3 bedrooms are situated. The master bed room has a full en-suite bathroom in addition to which there is a fully tiled shower room, there is also an additional cloakroom with w.c. and hand basin in the entrance hall. The other 2 bedrooms are both twin rooms and they all have plenty of built in cupboard space.A cot and high chair are available on request.


Outside this villa is surrounded by delightful enclosed tropical gardens, so is safe for children, and there is a path leading down to the beach, there are also 2 communal swimming pools, one on the sea front and the other in a pretty enclosed sub tropical garden with waterfalls to which guests at the villa have a key, you will also have a key to the tennis court. There is parking directly outside the villa.

Estepona and the Western Costa del Sol.

The lovely seaside town of Estepona is just a few minutes away by car.Once a sleepy fishing village it now boasts many first class, shops,bars and restaurants whilst at the same time managing to retain much of it’s old worlde charm in the delightful cobbled back streets. There is also an excellent beach with a lovely promenade all along the front running for 2.6 kms. The villa is also conveniently situated a short walk along the beach from the prestigious Elba Hotel with its 5 star spa and the 4 star H10 Estepona Palace Hotel which has excellent dining facilities, together with evening entertainment if you do not wish to go into town.

The western end of the Costa del Sol has much to offer visitors with Selwo Wilflife Park, The Rock of Gibraltar, Puerto La Duquesa, Marbella and Puerto Banus. Travelling inland you can visit some of the delightful White Villages such as Casares and Gaucin. For the golfer of course there is a superb selection of first class Golf Courses within easy reach.
