Overview

This 2nd floor apartment is in a low rise block, (3 floors) with parking directly outside the apartment. There is a very large pool,tennis court and commnunal gardens. There is a small friendly bar and children are welcome. The pool has shower and toilet facilities and a lifeguard during the summer season. 10 minutes walk into the local town with large market on Wednesday. Estepona Port is 5 minutes walk away and has a wide range of restaurants and a popular artesans market on Sunday mornings. There is a local supermarket with a wide range of English food which is 3 mins walk from the apartment. The local bay has car parking, 2 beach bars, shower and toilet facilities and a lifeguard. 30 minutes drive to Gibraltar, Marbella and Puerto Banus. Buses from town to Marbella, Malaga, Gibraltar etc.



El Cristo and La Rada beaches both have the EU Blue Flag award and are spacious and sandy. Both beaches have lifeguards. There are promenade cafes and beach bars dotted along the expanse of La Rada beach. El Cristo beach is a lovely horseshoe shaped bay which is very safe for children and has a couple of great chiringuitos (beachside bars). Car parking is free. From the beach you have wonderful views of Gibraltar and Africa to the west. Both beaches are approx 5 minutes walk from apartment.



The nearby attractions include the Selwo Safari Park on the outskirts of Estepona, an equestrian centre with Andalucian horse displays, a Sunday market in the Port, waterskiing, cycling, tennis, horse-riding, bowling, walking and above all, year round golf! For those wanting to explore further, an amazing 1 hour drive through the mountains will take you inland to the historic sights of Ronda or a 2/3 hour drive to the exciting cities of Granada, Cordoba or Seville. During the winter months there is excellent skiing at the Sierra Nevada Ski Resort near Granada. The new road structure now in place along the coast means that Tarifa and the golden beaches of the Atlantic are easily accessible within 1 hour. The jet setters paradise of Puerto Banus is a short drive along the coast towards Malaga.
