A very well furnished apartment located in Elvira with Santa Maria golf course and club house located only a few meters away making this absolutely perfect for either golfers or people on vacation.
The apartment is two bedroom and two bathroom the master bedroom is en suite and both rooms are well furnished and offer plenty of hanging space.
The lounge is spacious and has bee furnished to extremely high standards and you also have hot and cold air conditioning and the free satellite TV channels.
The spacious terrace has great views over the community pool and garden which has plenty of sunbathing places and sun loungers are provided for your use.
The kitchen is seperate and fully equipped for a self catering holiday including dishwasher microwave and of course washing machine.
This property is well located for the local golf courses in the surrounding area and of course Santa Maria Golf.
The apartment is only 600m form the local commercial center in Elviria where you will find a huge selection of both shops, bars and restaurants.
The apartment will be prepared for your arrival with clean linen and towels and there will be a mid term clean every 7 days during you stay.
Transfer time from the airport is approximately 30-40 minutes.
