Overview
This is a spacious ground floor apartment and although a more mature apartment it has the benefit of having undergone various restoration works.
The apartment has 2 large bedrooms a double with an en-suite bathroom and a twin bedroom with 2 singles also with its own en suite bathroom, there is also a separate cloakroom with a shower.
The lounge is a good size and has been furnished to a good standard with a dinning area which seats 6 two large comfortable sofas and a TV with some English channels, and leads onto a good sized terrace which overlooks the community pool and garden area making it ideal for a cool drink in the evening.
There is a fully fitted kitchen with washing machine, fridge freezer, dishwasher etc and is adequately equipped for self catering holidays.
The gardens a Hugh and an adventure in themselves it feels as though you are in a tropical rain forest then you can quite literally find yourself in a small square of lemon trees the pool is large and has a swim up bar which also has its own seating area for those pool side snacks there are plenty of sunbathing terraces with sun loungers.
The beach is approximately 5 mins walk where you will find a few beach bars with toilet facilities and during the high season there can also be some water sports available.
