Overview
Casa Polygala - a spacious 3 bedroom apartment, furnished to a high standard in a comfortable yet modern style. The furniture and decorations are superb - in colours and tones which add to the total feeling of comfort and relaxation. The large terraces have tropical plants, and a decorative fountain to add to the tranquillity of the surrounding a very green area.This is a superb location for a relaxing holiday yet it is a short drive or walk to the shops, bars, restaurants and activities closer to the Coast.
The three bedrooms in the apartment comprise one double master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, and two twin bedrooms which share a bathroom.
The bathrooms have baths with showers and all towels, including beach towels, are supplied. The kitchen is modern with all appliances and equipment required for self catering. The living / dining room overlook the trees of the adjacent campo' (green countryside) and open up onto the terraces. There are sun beds and table & chairs for al-fresco dining. The gardens and pool areas offer sunbathing, swimming and strolls whilst there are excellent walks in the surrounding hills and a path which leads directly to the beach. Satellite TV and a DVD player, CD player, air-conditioning, heating, quality bed linen, and many other excellent features making this a wonderfully comfortable holiday apartment. There is a spacious garage space below with lift access.
The GreenLife Golf Club is a short walk/drive up the hill and the one-star Michelin Restaurant El Lago offers exquisite cuisine and views over the lake & golf course.
Santa Maria Golf Course is very popular with golfers it is a 5 minute drive from Green Hills and then keen golfers can also enjoy a game at Marbella Golf, La Cala Golf, Santa Clara Golf and Rio Real Golf courses, as well as those nearer to Puerto Banus. It is a dream location for the sport!
