Overview
Luxury new build 3 bed villa (sleeps 8) with south facing private pool situated on the Polaris flagship 5* Nicklaus Golf Resort. The villa is furnished to an extremely high standard and has 3 good sized bedrooms. The master bedroom has patio doors leading onto the pool area, a super queen size bed which can be separated to make two singles, large fitted wardrobes, en suite facilities including jacuzzi bath, shower, bidet, wc and twin wash basins. The second bathroom boasts a double walk-in shower. Both twin bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets.
The villa is air conditioned and central heated throughout.
The well equipped fitted kitchen comprises of cooker, hob, microwave, large American style fridge freezer with cold water and ice dispenser, kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher and all crockery and cutlery, everything to meet all your self catering needs. A door leads out into the utility room which houses a sink and washer/dryer.
The lounge is spacious with its high vaulted wooden beamed ceilings and marble floors throughout , large 42" television with Satelite tv, DVD player with selection of DVD's, CD player, ipod docking station, leather corner suite which converts to double sofa bed, two tub chairs. The dining area has a large table with 6 chairs.
Patio doors lead onto the south facing private pool and sunbathing area, there is an external shower and 6 sun loungers. Pergola with table and seating for 6 for those who like to dine al-fresco. There is a covered lounge area with easy chairs and table with a built in BBQ, fitted fans for those scorching days.
There is a childrens play area and gardens to the front of the villa.
Off-road parking for 3 cars.
Polaris World recognises the importance of security. Therefore, a security service operates 24 hours a day with CCTV cameras and control of access to the El Valle resort.
