Overview

Finca Ferrán is situated on 11.000 sqm. of ground, giving you a panoramic view of the surrounding mountains. It is located 4 km. from Campello beach, this being the nearest town. El Campello is traditionally Spanish (hence No McDonalds!). Campello has one of the most attractive beach fronts including an only walking promenade and also a beautiful Marina. Fish being the local produce. On Wednesday a market for clothes, food and assortment of local goods is available. Alicante City is approximately 10 km. south of the Finca, Benidorm is 25 km. north. The many choice of shops are set amongst old town Alicante. An excellent train service runs from Alicante to Denia, including Campello, parallel to the sea. This coast area is famous for its microclimate and all year sun.

On the grounds of the finca is also two separate rustic apartments. The whole property has private grounds, total views and is solely exclusive for your use. It comes complete with a 50 sqm. swimming pool, and outside shower, kitchen, barbecue and Bar.

Finca Ferrán has a covered terrace of 70 sqm. and a carport for two cars. It has a large cosy living room and large kitchen, with three double sleeping rooms, two of them with two extra beds for children. The villa comes with three bathrooms, one containing a luxurious double bath. The two separate apartments both contain a double bed, shower, toilet and sink. One also contains a small living room with kitchen facilities. Total sleeping includes 10 adults and 4 children.
