Detached house plus guests apartment (ideal for two families or group of friend's ) in la coveta fuma with swimming pool, airco, 5 double-rooms, 4 bathrooms, big porch, garden, terraces, solarium, located 100 mts from the sea, very private and well communicated. Cozy living room with satellite TV, stereo and a fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped including washing machine, fridge / freezer, stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, citrus, toaster, etc. The large main terrace is ideal for eating out both in summer and winter. The terrace that leads from the livingroom has a beautiful view over the sea, mountains and the village. The Villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden with several shady terraces with enough garden furniture. The swimming pool with sun beds is 40m, a BBQ, beautiful garden and a fully enclosed plot (a lot of privacy).

Location & area

La Coveta Fuma" part of the El Campello municipal, is a quiet and tranquil urbanisation situated on the Mediterranean coast of Spain between Benidorm and Alicante. This picturesque residential area of the Costa Blanca, with a changing architecture in a flowing landscape, offers panoramic views of the sea and sandy bays. This part of Costa Blanca is also known as the " Florida " of Europe due to its mild and subtropical climate. You will find the best climate in Europe only two or two and a half hours flight from any European capital. Coveta Fuma boasts an international environment due to its inhabitants originating from all over Europe. Apart from the large sandy beaches, a beauty lies deep in the interior of the province where you will find beautiful mountainous settings. Within El Campello and surrounding areas you will be able to find all the sports facilities you require, including an 18 hole Championship golf course. You do not have to worry about the form of transport used to reach La Coveta Fuma as access to this residential area is ideal. Alicante 's El Altet airport is only 25 kilometres away and the motorway can be reached in approximately 5 minutes.

Hints and Tips
The center of La Coveta fuma is a few minutes drive away where the shops, bars, international restaurants and supermarkets are located. The fishing village of Campello is only 5 minutes drive, with a beautiful harbor, many restaurants, shops and bars. Several golf courses are in the immediate vicinity such as; Bonalba, El Plantio and Alenda Golf. The coastline has an abundance of beautiful sandy beaches, perfect for swimming, fishing, jet skiing or sailing. There are many local markets, good wine and delicious tapas of course! Book early though to avoid disappointment!
