Accommodation consists of three bedrooms and three bathrooms spread over 3 levels. Beautifully furnished, there is a lounge/dining room with 1 double leather sofa and a leather 3x seater / sofa bed.The large roof terrace has dining and seating for 8 people, sun loungers and overlooks the pool and gardens. Master bedroom leads on to private terrace. The townhouse leads into a secure, gated, garden area to the front where you can enjoy the 3 swimming pools including a kids splash pool.. and is only 10mtrs to the main pool. To the rear is large terrace overlooking natural Andalucian countryside. Located in the new development of Duquesa Golf and country club, near to the beautiful Marina at Duquesa and the small Spanish coastal town of SabinillasSome 8 minutes from the thriving and sought after seaside town of Estepona. local Golf courses include Duquesa Golf, Estepona Golf, Dona Julia, and just a 10 minute drive away is the famous course at Valderrama.
A 10 minute walk to the beaches at Duquesa and the ancient Moorish Castle, 15 minutes to Sabinillas.
