Overview

Our brand new luxury modern 3 bed 2 bath villa is situated only five mins drive from the blue flag beaches of Guardamar. This is a villa only development just up the road from Cuidad Quesada and our villa is accessed via electric security gates. We have UK Sky TV and luxury furniture for your holiday enjoyment. There are bars and resturants all close by. You will find two good water parks within a ten min drive and golf corses are not far away. The villa has a totaly south facing sun patio which overlooks the lemon groves and is very private. To the front directly outside is a very nice secure pool and another first floor sun terrace looking onto the pool. This is an ideal location for a relaxing break with everything close by. Only a 20 to 30 min drive south from Alicante airport and very easy to find makes our villa stress free. Car hire or airport pick ups can be arranged. Perfecto !
