Overview

This delightful 4 bedroom house is probably some of the highest standard Llafranc accommodation on the rental market. To add to that, it also has fantastic sea views, and just 500 meters from the beach, with supermarkets, restaurants and bars the same distance.The house has recently been modernized to a high standard. The accommodation is split over three levels and comprises of a lounge/diner with TV, fans and a door leading to the private terrace and garden with sea views; a well equipped kitchen including dishwasher and microwave, and a utility area with washing machine. There are also 2 twin bedrooms, 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with bunk beds, 3 bathrooms (of which 2 are en-suite) and 1 W.C.Outside there is the private garden and terrace as mentioned before as well as communal gardens, a large communal swimming pool, tennis court and a garage with direct access to the villa.
