Overview

Dorotea is a beautiful rustic style four bedroom villa with sea views and large pool. The property is located in the much sort after resort of Moraira and is situated in an elevated position. There are views over the blue waters of Moraira bay towards an ancient light house and the Cabo d Nao headland. Guests will enjoy the gentle summer breezes that the location offers whilst being able to relax in the private walled gardens of this enchanting property. There is a well maintained 10 x 5 meter pool bordered by large sun terraces as well as a dual aspect, shaded Naya where you can dine alfresco in one of the best locations on the Costa Blanca. The villa has been built in the traditional Valencian style with rustic beams and arches with the reception opening through to the living room, dining room and study. There can be no better place to enjoy a candle lit meal or glass of wine whilst relaxing after a hot day on the sandy beaches of this attractive resort.

Ideally located you are never far away from restaurants, shops and the famous blue flag beaches of Moraira. However, the villa also enjoys the tranquillity of it's unique location, on lightly wooded slopes off a quiet street.

Amenities & services

The Naya & shaded outside dining area opens to the lounge which is full of rustic character and features an unusual oval shaped fire place. The room is comfortable and has the feel of a traditional Spanish Finca with original stone walls and ornamental light fittings. Leading from this room there is also an indoor dining area and a well appointed kitchen with granite work tops complementing the clean lines of the beech wood doors and storage cupboards. There is also a laundry room.
The master bedroom leads off from the reception as do the other two double bedrooms on this floor all of which are unusually large by Spanish standards having been extended during recent renovations. The rooms are simply furnished in a Mediterranean style and are light and airy, with air conditioning and ceiling fans. There are French doors which lead out from the master bedroom to a private balcony, also with views over the bay. All of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and each one has a special character, being tastefully decorated with pretty wall prints, mirrors and cane furniture. Outside the property offers off street secure parking for two vehicles, typical Spanish gardens with colourful hibiscus and vines as well as a spiral staircase leading to a fantastic roof terrace with panoramic views of the bay and surrounding countryside. The pool is 10 x 5m and has Roman steps. The sun terraces have plenty of sun beds and ample seating as well as cooler shaded areas for when it gets really hot.
