Las Campanas is in an ideal situation being walking distance to Moraira town and all the usual holiday amenities including beaches,shops,bars and restaurants and golf nearby.The villa has been totally refurbished to a high standard with the addition of a new pool.The 3 bedroom villa sleeps 6 people comfortably and with a sofabed in the lounge 8 in total(plus cots).The lounge is well furnished with a separate dining room.The villa has satellite TV,DVD,CD player.The new kitchen is very well equipped and features granite worktops,fan oven,dishwasher,washing machine,microwave and a large fridge/freezer.the master bedroom has an en-suite shower room and there is also a family bathroom with shower facilities.There is ample terracing for sunbathing, BBQ and "al fresco" dining.The villa also benefits from CENTRAL HEATING for short or long winter lets.Long lets welcome price negotiable
