Overview
Our villa has recently been refurbished to a high standard including our recent extension offering a 4th master bedroom with ensuite bathroom(please ask for more details) walk out from the bedroom onto the balcony and enjoy the far reaching views over the marina with Calpe rock beyond.
The villa is set in it's own grounds which are well stocked with numerous plants and trees, 10mx4m swimming pool (can now be heated on request)
Large covered terrace area and paved courtyard with lots of eating areas and a spiral staircase leading up to the solarium offering vast sea views, plenty of seating and sunbathing areas and also quiet rest areas for cooling out in the shade.
The villa is very well equipped & it is our 2nd home so we hope we have thought of your every need.

Private tennis courts are within walking distance and the nearest golf course within 5 min drive.

This luxury detached single storey south-facing villa is situated in its own grounds in the peaceful and quiet town of Moraira on the Costa Blanca. El Romeral (the place where Pilgrims came to rest) is of traditional old Spanish origins but has been tastefully modernised. The villa iss situated in Pla del Mar, a mature quiet residential area that avoids the usual bustle of tourists on holiday. The village of Moraira with it's shops numerous superb restaurants bars and banks, is within a few minutes walk. Two superb sandy beaches are within easy walking distance as is the delightful bay of El Portet which is a 5 min walk through the newly built botanic walk ways.
