This tastefully furnished apartment is built all on one level, so is suitable for everybody including the elderly. The spacious lounge/dining room adjoins a fully equipped American style kitchen and leads out through patio doors onto a large balcony with a table, chairs and sun loungers.

The apartment is equipped with all home comforts. Satelite televison and Dvd player, numerous games and books for children and adults.

Within 100 yards of the apartment are two private shared infinity pools, with extensive terracing, with showers and a bistro.
A small new commercial centre with shops and restaurants is within walking distance and the dramatic Moraig beach of Cumbre Del Sol is just 5 minutes drive away.
