Overview

Casa Devesa is a charming, detached Spanish villa with its own private swimming pool, terracing and garden. This beautiful villa is on one level making it ideal for all age groups. The villa has recently been refurbished this included the installation of air-conditioning in all bedrooms, new shower-rooms and kitchen. Living/dining room with comfortable seating area, tv and dvd. New modern kitchen equipped with all you need for those times you wish to cater for yourselves. 2or 3 bedrooms (all with air-conditioning) master bedroom with double bed and en-suite shower-room, a further double bedroom and a twin bedded room. Shower-room. Large covered terrace (naya) with outdoor furniture, offers a lovely shady area for those times when the heat of the sun is too hot to bear. Enjoy the sparkling 8 x 4 metre swimming pool or perhaps you will choose to unwind and soak up the sun relaxing on the sun-loungers provided. Roof terrace, ideal for sun worshippers and for those wishing to enjoy the sea view. Location
Casa Devesa is situated in a quiet residential area, with several restaurants and bars within walking distance. The nearest restaurant is just a 100 metres, leave the car in the drive and enjoy a very relaxing evening out, followed by a short stroll home.
MORAIRA
Described as Spain's St. Tropez, Moraira is on the sunny Costa Blanca coast one hour from both Alicante and Valencia airports. Its climate is one of the most equitable in the world (World Health Authority). Because it does not have any large hotels or high rise buildings, it has a refined, comfortable and 'up-market' atmosphere. Moraira boasts three EEC Blue Flag beaches; a wide selection of shops, restaurants, cafes and bars; and a beautiful marina. Nearby are the larger, busier towns of Javea, Denia and Calpe, each with marvelous beaches and offering a host of activities. Benidorm is 30 minutes away and offers night life, beaches, the Terra Mitica Theme Park (like Euro Disney), and the Aquilandia water park.
