Overview

The villa is situated in a spacious and well stocked mature garden with orange and lemon trees and palms.There is ample terracing around the large private pool for sunbathing and plenty of room for BBQ and "al fresco" dining.The spacious villa was recently refurbished to a high standard with new kitchen and bathrooms and is fitted and furnished to a high standard sleeping 10 people (plus cots) comfortably.There are 5 bedrooms,2 doubles 1 with ensuite bathroom and 1 with ensuite shower room also 3 twin bedrooms plus full bathroom with shower facilities and a separate shower room and a separate wc downstairs.The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher,washing machine,microwave,fridge/freezer and a fan assisted oven.The villa benefits from satellite TV,DVD and CD players etc.The villa also boasts CENTRAL HEATING for long or short winter lets.
