Overview
This brand new three bedroom villa is ideally located in a quiet cul de sac overlooking the Cumbre del Sol National Park, and enjoys magnificent mountain and sea views. Within the Cumbre del Sol urbanisation you will find supermarkets, shops, and several local bars and restaurants.Cumbre del Sol has it's own secluded beach with a small beach bar, and is renowned as a scuba diving location due to the numerous underwater caverns in the cliff face. A ten minute drive will take you to the vibrant resort towns of Javea and Moraira where you can enjoy beautiful sandy beaches, a huge array of restaurants, and quality designer shops. From these beaches you can enjoy a wide range of watersports including jetski and boat hire, whilst the less energetic can just hire a sunbed, order a cool drink, and watch the world go by!!!!!
From it's private parking behind secure gates the villa is accessed via several steps, and may not be suitable for the elderly or infirm. The front door of the villa leads to a lovely kitchen with all modern conveniences. There is a large lounge/diner with satellite tv, DVD player and music system. There is even a Playstation and large range of games to keep the kids occupied. There are three bedrooms, all beautifully furnished with quality bed linen and ample wardrobe space. Patio doors lead to a cool covered naya, and on to a spacious pool terrace with sunbeds, parasol, outside shower and bbq - not forgetting those breathtaking views!!!!!! The villa is fully air conditioned and centrally heated, making it perfect for both summer and winter lets.
