Overview

The historic town of Javea on the beautiful Costa Blanca is the setting for this elegant holiday villa. It enjoys a prestigious location in a quiet residential area with exceptional views of Mount Montgo, Javea Valley and the mountains beyond. It's the perfect base for a relaxing self-catering vacation for families. This stylish home is spacious and very well-equipped, comfortably sleeping 4 - 8 people (4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms). It has a large private swimming pool surrounded with spacious sun terraces and mature mediterranean garden. It is just a short drive to the safe and sandy Arenal beach in Javea and more extensive beaches in Denia.
This traditionally styled villa has four bedrooms and is on two levels. The upper level consists of a timber-beamed "naya" (terrace) with stone tosca arches with 8 seater teak dining table and offering those stunning panoramic views across the valley and towards the mountains behond. French doors lead into an open plan lounge/dining area with beamed ceiling and character chimney. It has a modern fully equipped kitchen with an outside breakfast terrace. From the lounge, a hallway leads to the en-suite master bedroom, two other twin bedrooms and family bathroom.

On the lower level, which is accessed from the pool terrace, there is a naya and spacious double bedroom with full en-suite facilities. Adjacent to the BBQ area, which has its own bar, refrigerator and seating, there is an additional cloakroom for guests.

The extensive gardens provide an ideal environment for leisurely relaxation and are complemented by a 10 x 5 metre swimming pool, sun terraces and shaded areas.

Javea is tucked in a beautiful bay between Cap de la Nao and Cap de San Antonio situated on the Mediterranean Costa Blanca some 100 km south of Valencia and north of Alicante.



From golden beaches to rocky coves, from international golf courses to wonderful boat trips, from marvelvous theme parks to safari parks, Javea and the Costa Blanca has something for everyone.




Javea is divided into 3 separate and totally unique areas.



The Old Town(El Pueblo): The Medieval Old Town is a labyrinth of narrow streets and small plazas. The white house fronts decorated with wrought iron grills and balconies. It is dominated by the gothic fortified church of San Bartolomé, a listed National Artistic Monument, dating back to the 15th century.



The Port (El Puerto): Javea plays host to a fully working port, the fishing fleet provides daily fresh fish to the area. The modern Nautical Club has 297 berths in its marina and there are also facilities for all kinds of water sports, including sailing, fishing, scuba diving, water skiing and windsurfing.



The Arenal (La Playa): The Arenal has a beautiful, safe, golden sandy beach with children's play areas, hire of pedalos and motor boats. Surrounded by dozens of restaurants, bars and clubs offering a wide variety of food, drink and entertainment, there is a good night out for people of all ages and tastes!



There is an interesting mixture of beaches with soft sandy beaches (Arenal beaches), small, shingled beaches bordered by pine trees which are suitable for diving (Granadella beaches), and naturist beaches (Ambolo beaches). There are also small coves: Portichol and La Sardinera. A more traditional Jávea is found inland where the valleys and terraced mountains are covered with olive, orange, lemon and almond trees and, of course, vineyards providing inexpensive local wines.



Attractions for children:

The Safari Animal Park, Terra Mitica Theme Park, Aqualandia Water Park, Mundomar are all within 40 minutes drive. Valencia's impressive City of Arts and Sciences has the Europe's largest Marine Park housing over 45,000 animals of 500 different species in the numerous underground aquariums.
