The Villa is situated on an urbanisation outside Javea which is on the Costa Blanca, Spain approximately 1 hours drive from both Alicante and Valencia airports.
The Villa is level throughout and has widened doors for easy access. It has an open plan Lounge, Kitchen and Dining Area with 3 Bedrooms
(Master having ensuite with level access shower) and family bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have French doors opening onto the pool terrace with direct access to the kidney shaped pool 10 x 5m.
The Kitchen is equipped with Fridge/Freezer, Electric oven and Gas Hob a Washing machine is provided and is in the main bathroom. Arches separate Kitchen, Dining Area and Lounge. Cable T.V and DVD/CD player are provided. Ceiling fans are in the Lounge and the 3 Bedrooms.
Specialist equipment that is in place are folding down grab rails to either side of w.c in ensuite, level access shower (shower chair provided). There is a Tempur pressure-relieving mattress on the double bed in the master bedroom and a pool hoist is supplied.
The villa further benefits from Panoramic views from the pool terrace and whilst your swimming in the pool!!!

Location & area
La Cala is found on the outskirts of Javea close to Cap de la Nao light house.
Javea itself is only a few minutes drive away by car.
It is within easy reach of many other attractive spots like Altea, the inland village of Jalon with its Saturday flea market and the popular Benidorm, with its new theme park, Tierra Mitica.
Javea is a town of great beauty and magical landscapes, a haven of peace and serenity. It is situated between the San Antonio and La Nao capes, and is protected by the impressive and magnificent Mount Montgo.
There are three main areas in Javea: the old town, the Port and the Arenal.
The old town is a maze of pretty narrow streets.
The Port, is a busy fishing port where you can enjoy fresh fish in the local restaurants and bars. Pavement cafes and bars overlooking the Mediterranean invite you to sit and have a drink and enjoy the ambiance.
The Arenal is the main tourist area with it's long sandy beach planted with Palm trees and promenade with many bars and restaurants serving local traditional Spanish food as well as a huge range of other international dishes.

Amenities & services
The Villa is 2 years old and was built to the specification of it's wheelchair owner. Therefore it is level throughout with widened doorways. The Lounge, Kitchen and Dining room are open plan for ease of movement in a wheelchair.
The master bedroom is spacious with a double bed with a Tempur pressure relieving mattress. There is adequate space at either side of the bed for right or left hand transfers. There is also enough space for an electric hoist if required.
The en-suite has a level access shower with shower chair and there are fold down grab rails at either side of the toilet for left or right hand transfers. The shower chair goes over the toilet.
French doors lead from the master bedroom out onto the pool terrace with direct access to the kidney shaped pool which has roman steps and a hydraulic pool hoist if required.
Bedroom 2 has twin beds and direct access onto the pool terrace and bedroom 3 is to the rear of the property and has a double bed.
Various seating areas around the gardens and you can enjoy the panoramic views from the pool terrace and whilst swimming in the pool!!!
Parking for up to 6 cars.

- It is important to NEVER wire funds or use/employ other fund transfer mechanisms such as western union: Always use a credit card to protect yourself against fraud. If owners pressure you into providing a deposit or refuse to accept credit cards, there is a high probability that this is a scam.
