Overview

Spacious luxury detached wheelchair friendly self-catering villa with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is a 10m x 5m pool with hoist and a full-size outdoor table tennis table set in lovely landscaped secure accessible gardens.

The design and layout of the villa make it ideal for wheelchairs. The doorways are wide and there is plenty of room for turning. The en suite bathroom is fully adapted with a wheel-in shower and shower chair, a large bath with grab handles at each side, a raised toilet with grab handle, a basin and mirrors at the correct height.

The living area is open-plan and there is an American kitchen. The comfortable lounge area opens out onto the pool terrace with a covered dining area and cable TV is provided with UK TV channels, Sky channels and UK radio stations.

The property was designed and is owned by a wheelchair user.

Location & area

Casa de Sueno is situated in a quiet area on the outskirts of Javea. It is just a short walk from the cliff paths with views to Ibiza. It is a 5 minute drive to the main Javea beach and close to several pretty coves. There are cafes, bars, restaurants, shops, tennis courts, boules, mini golf all within walking distance. The town of Javea has many shops, bars, restaurants, clubs and sporting facilities such as sailing, windsurfing, etc. There is a lovely sandy beach and promenade in the Arenal area and the port and old town areas have plenty more shops, restaurants, markets, interesting buildings, etc.



Further afield there are the resort towns of Moraira, Calpe, Altea and Benidorm with their many attractions for holiday-makers. The town of Denia with its numerous shops, bars, restaurants, cafes, port, marina and castle just is a 20 minute drive to the north.

All bedrooms have large built-in wardrobes with shelving. The master bedroom has a king-size adjustable height bed with pressure relieving mattress and opens out onto the pool terrace. There is a shower chair in the en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom also opens out onto the pool terrace. There are ceiling fans and portable electric fans available. Towels are provided for use inside the villa.



There is a pool hoist and solar heated pool shower. Plenty of sunbeds are provided and tables and chairs for eating in the sun or the shade.
