Overview

White Coast of the Cosat Blanca - This stunning privately owned luxury penthouse apartment is situated right on the edge of the stunning Parquet natural (Pine and Eucalyptus forest) and is just 15 minutes stroll to a magnificent sandy beach, shops and restaurants. It is short drive to 3 major golf courses.
The apartment has 2 double bedrooms, one with twin beds. We also have a z bed and a sofa which will sleep one person available for larger groups of guests. It is fully equipped and furnished to a high standard, to include satellite TV,Vidoe, DVD, washing machine, full size oven and hob and fridge freezer. All linen, beach towels and end of term clean is included in the price. The apartment boasts a 'huge' private roof terrace with extended view over the Parcuet Natural with views of the sea and marina in the distance. The terrace is fully furnished to include sun beds etc., plus a ‘huge chimney barbeque and a cold shower to cool down! There are adequate ceiling fans throughout but air conditioning is available at an extra cost per week for those guests wishing to be cooler!We have another apartment in the same small complex which sleeps 5 for larger groups.Both apartments overlook a lovely flood lit, full size swimming pool.

There are 3 major golf courses in the area, Las Ramblas, Campoamor and Villamartin “..one of the best (golf) courses in Spain, probably the best in this region and also hosted the Spanish Open - relish your time in this millionaires playground " (Fore magazine, January 2000). Close to Alicante and Torreviaja, where bus routes extend to every corner of the Costa Blanca!



Guardamar is a small Spanish town located next to the mouth of the River Segura and overlooking a large expanse of sand dunes with an abundance of pines and eucalyptus. An attractive feature of the local environment is the Reina Sofía Park where the pine groves have been enhanced with lakes; ponds, botanical routes, and the wildlife make it well worth visiting. There are 11 km of fine golden sands, all with the coveted blue flag award and the sparkling blue waters of the Mediterranean. Where the river Segura meets the sea, spare land was utilised and a major construction very cleverly converted it into a thriving marina providing moorings for boats of all styles and sizes. With the visitor in mind, Guardamar council have improved the sea front by making an attractive stretch of pedestrian promenade with ice-cream parlours and restaurants.
