Overview

Lovely detached villa in Calpe located just a 5 minute walk from bars, restaurants and beaches. This exceptionally well furnished villa has been refurbished to a high standard and provides spacious living accommodation, a private pool in a large garden which is not overlooked.

The villa is on two levels providing six bedrooms and is excellent for two families holidaying together. On the ground level is a well furnished lounge with flat screen TV and satellite, separate sitting room, a double bedroom, dressing room and bathroom. A spiral staircase leads to the master bedroom with ensuite in the turret.

Downstairs is a modern fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms (both ensuite). An internal patio/courtyard leads to a further double bedroom and small sitting room with fireplace which can also be used as a further bedroom.

Outside is an extensive garden with terraces and seating areas, an outside kitchen, covered barbeque/seating area, larger than average private pool, shower, toilet, and orange and lemon trees.

Calpe offers all the facilities you would expect from a holiday town, including port and marina, water sports, a large number of bars and restaurants including Chinese, German, Indian, Spanish and English cuisine, along the beachfront promenade or in the town itself. Within the town you will find abundant nightlife, whether you prefer a quiet cocktail, a late night club, or a touch of 'Elvis'.
